Unemployment Benefit Amounts for 2013

ODJFS sets new amounts each calendar year for total benefit amounts payable and the minimum weeks and wages needed to qualify for a claim. For 2013, to qualify for an unemployment claim a claimant must have worked at least 20 weeks with an average weekly wage of $230/week.

ODJFS has a document on their website that explains how benefits are calculated and what time frame they take into consideration when determining weeks worked and wages earned. This document can be viewed here.
